A FUIR ACTUALLY! I hope that so many negative opinions on google, can direct future patients (customers even scam victims) to other clinics. No follow-up! It's been months, that the new software is their excuse!

I have been in contact with this clinic for a year. I found courtesy, availability, professionalism and humanity. However, since a month ago, problems with the communication systems between patients and the clinic have occurred and so, unfortunately, so much precious time is lost. I hope that they are only technical problems and can be solved as soon as possible.

In the same situation, more contact for 1 month despite mails, fax and I had to have a medical telephone appointment and update the administrative file, I already lost a year they made me do a battery of exams and each time I asked for the same thing, I wanted to start the treatment in September but nothing, I do not know what to do except maybe move me to another clinic.

I had my first frozen donor egg transfer April 2019 which was sadly unsuccessful. Second frozen donor egg transfer July 2019. Now 24 weeks pregnant at 46 years old.
We paid for some extras (Embroscope and genetic testing of my partner's sample) but did not feel pushed into doing this. The choices were ours.
I found everyone caring and professional. The first transfer I travel from the UK to Barcelona alone and the staff were very supportive and recognised what a hard journey this is.
My patient liaison person (Anna) was amazing, no question was too ridiculous and she talked through everything,
Only thing stopping 5 stars is that calling from UK to Barcelona cost a lot so I'd message them on the platform and wait for them to get back to me which could take a few days.
Prescriptions were also a problem as UK pharmacies will only accept hand written ones which meant either them posting, which took a while (up to 2 werks) or using the courier service the clinic recommends which is where they phone a UK pharmacy to deliver meds to me....a bit more expensive but not ridiculously so and it was reliable (even being willing to deliver to my place of work)
I know that I still have 16 weeks before really counting my blessings but I have a lot to thank Eugin for and am pleased with the choices which we made. Thank you.

I give my experience in 2009 I contacted the clinic eugin a friend had had recourse to the clinic she had a very pretty girl, I was 46 years old at the time actually the treatment is heavy 2 visits in Spain one for the 1st contact the 2nd for the transfer (I make it short) I have a little boy of 9 years now he had just 2 allergies to calcium and egg but I found on paris a fabulous kinesiologist who heals naturally without medoc, bites a kind of magnetizer and all left the day after the visit and my friend his daughter was born with a small deformity at one foot she had 2 surgeries otherwise my son is very good luck

1. Every meeting with doctor is talking with a different one.
2. The transfer is only in 3rd day of culture of embryos which is so irresponsible as in natural pregnancy process, the third day embryos are only in the oviduct not in womb at all.
3. Embryos are supposed to be cultured till 5th day at all! As all the embryos can live 90% in third day of culture but 50% in 5th day culture. This eugin clinic made transfer almost all in third day as they collect money without taking any more responsibilities. It s totally a money maker not a responsible production center at all.
4. If you want to spend your thousands of euros on nothing and experience failure. Go for it.

We have made two attempts at IAD. The first interview told us that you used to always have the same doctor. When our surprise was that every time you went you played a different one, but good so far. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Until we had the second IAD, we were touched each time by different doctors and this second time very badly, in an ovarian control they were wrong when it came to scoring and measuring the follicles I had. That created me a lot of distrust, in another follicular control it didn't fit what we were told in the previous one. And the last straw was when the day of the second transfer arrived on 9/23/16 two days ago. Another different doctor touched me, who told me that I had a very narrow cervix and that I could not fit a normal cannula (when the normal size was introduced in the previous one) she told me that she would use a narrower and very flexible cannula, when He went to make the transfer immediately after I noticed how the liquid dropped. If you want to be swindled and ruined psychologically and financially, please go to this clinic. They are professionals in making the most of money and doing the least they can. We spent 2 years with an infinite number of transfers where none gave positive. Instead of testing to see if there was a problem, they just repeated the same process over and over again without any results.

This shows that it is a limited clinic that cannot offer all the necessary services to any couple. Just basic services, but how do you know you will be a basic case or more complex?

Their philosophy is to put the embryos on day 3, a way of acting from the last century when there was not enough technology as most embryos survive to day 3. However, a good clinic with advanced technology today offers a blastocyst culture (on day 5-6) where implantation rates are much higher and you don't waste time putting embryos that you don't know if they will evolve.

The current price is not competitive. Its prices are comparable to those of the most pioneering clinics when this clinic has lagged far behind in technology, services and its action protocol.

It was getting out of Eugin and getting pregnant in another clinic, obviously thanks to many tests that gave us the reason why I didn't get pregnant. Tests that Eugin refused to perform!!!

I find all the recent negative comments on the clinic ashamed for an update of their computer system, unfortunately Google gives the voice to all for the slightest shot of mouth "thank you google".

On December 2nd, I had a doctor on the phone to talk to her about my file. However, there was a lack of exams to practice so that my file was complete and that I could start the treatment (she must also send me the ordnnnance for drugs) for a double donation in December. I contacted Eugin Barcelona in July 2019 for an embryo adoption, I had a very good contact and saw their promises on the site when the waiting time and their so-called availability, I was completely won over but what a disillusionment.
In September, my file with my signed exams and consents was complete.
With their computer bug, I was only able to make the 1st payment on October 19 and shock on November 1, I note that my payment does not appear on my private area, concern quickly resolved after 1 call.
The matching staff was supposed to contact me at the start of their search, something not done, I had to get in touch to know that the searches had started.
Since January 2020, finding the wait long, I sent emails on my private area without result, suddenly I never stop harassing them and there, I learn that my consents signed in September are not the right ones, observation made at after 4 months, which is absurd.
After multiple calls, I learn that the matching team has found an embryo for me youpiiii, we ask him to start the pill since I am unwell, we are supposed to contact me within a week to confirm that it is indeed a J5 embryo and of course no news.
So, 8 days later, I picked up my phone, I am promised to remember, I refuse, I want to know, and there I am told that these are 2J3 and not 1J5 as requested. Being single, I want to avoid the risks of twin pregnancy, I was promised that the person in charge of matching would contact me Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest this week, it is Thursday, I still have no news.
I sent an email to the patient service yesterday without response, there is no point in contacting them on our private area since I have had no response to all my emails since January

Negative test, again, after 5 months of intensive treatment, more than 12,000 euros of expenditure.
I am first told that I have 4 mature oocytes (which in my case is almost unexpected ...): joy, crying ..... then 48h after, I reimplement 2 including 1 not top and another impeccable, and, I'm told that eventually the other 2 may not even be congelable (all in 48h: emotional lift, thank you ...) and, indeed, verdict a few days later, the 2 "additional" oocytes finally gave nothing. Then the wait: 15j endless ... we believe, we have all the symptoms (related to puncture and treatment for once)

And, another week later, another message telling me that they are at my disposal, IF I WISH, for a doctor to contact me. We were last friday the 22/11-2019 for a transfer at Eugin. And I can tell that everything went very well. Although I recognize all the problems in case of communication. We had the same problems and were also worried and upset. Cause yes it's true they really didn't do a good job in this. Apparently they were installing a new computer system and moving also.Though this is never an excuse I know. Anyway Iwould like to say they really caught up. A super nice team and everything done with a lot of care. I recommend them really. In case of the work they do. They do really well. Hope I can calm down some worried people thanks our experience. It will be ok.

We did two trusts, both of which unfortunately failed. But this could also be there, the chances that it would not go well were there. HONTEUX! SCANDALEUX! And I say it in a very objective way because I had a wonderful little girl in 2017 thanks to this clinic but the management and the relationship with the patients had simply NOTHING to be seen at this time.
We decided with my husband to call on them again to know the chance to have another child and here I must say that I simply fall naked when I see how the clinic treats patients! " I had exactly the same type of problem a few months ago for a first attempt at Eugin: no reactivity, messages and questions remained unanswered, so that we moved from Paris to Barcelona for nothing because if they m had responded in time we would have known that the attempt was to be canceled. It is quite simply HALLUCINANT that a so-called specialized clinic in IVF can consider that it is normal to completely abandon patients who go into debt to try to realize their dream and devote an energy drawn from it in all the despair that infertility causes! I am OUTREE, SCANDALIZED and DESESPEREE !! Flee this clinic for not having to deal with what I feel this evening, a feeling of abandonment, theft and despair.
