2 weeks ago, I found myself facing the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. It all started with Kameron Kennon at Holmes Honda in Shreveport. Kam was walking out the front door as I arrived. Little did I know, he was on his was home. Instead of leaving, he remained dedicated to his job and helped me. Within 30 minutes, I had already test drove a 2020 Honda Civic Si and was sitting down doing paperwork. Kam was honest and upfront about everything from the time I met him. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything and was able to successfully answer every question I had. This was the 6 car I have purchased from a dealership, and when I tell you it was the best service I have ever had, it still would not be enough. I then moved to the office where Edward assisted me with signing. Edward was very polite, professional, and honest. He explained everything to me and not once seemed irritated or impatient (by this time, they had been closed for 30 minutes). Today, I returned to the dealership where I spoke with both, Edward and Kam, at the same time. I was able to thank them again for such a positive experience and atmosphere. Being there felt like I became a part of their family. I wish I could give every single detail, but it would take a lot longer.

Basically, if you re looking for a vehicle and you want the best rates and family to give you that, at least visit Holmes Honda in Shreveport. Ask for Kam and tell him I sent you!!
