Currently have a loan through them...wanted to ref...

Currently have a loan through them...wanted to refinance and save 4 years which would of saved me 4 years and cost me no more than $50/monthly. Never been late on a payment to my knowledge in 6 years, have been in business 22 years, and revenue right in line with past years. Should of been fast tracked if anything. Bad policy to not even consider my request.
