James outlined a clear and organised strategy, right from the start, focusing on the attributes of our property, and the very specific target market. As the property went through the process, James learned more and listened acutely to the market. We made some modifications, and he worked very hard. His positive upbeat personality, and clear and efficient communication, created a continual vibe of success, for buyer and seller. He easily produced a result for everyone that was win win. His integrity and clarity in the process, made it such a pleasure and l am sure the buyer felt the same. His ability to understand the buyer and seller, find good outcomes, was masterful. We are so grateful, to James, and we plan to refer him , far and wide. He really is honest about the good and bad of a property, which is so refreshing. His energy and work ethic is just incredible.
