Horrible Cab Serice. Will never use them again.
We called at 10:00 a.m. to schedule a 3:30 p.m. pick up in the West Loop area going to Hobby Airport.
At 3:30 the cab did not show up. We called at 3:40, 3:50 and 4:00 and were told a different story each time. Finally at 4:05 a cab showed up. Cab 311
The driver took the local highway lanes to the airport and we sat in traffic for 90 minutes. He had the audacity to get on his cell phone and complain to someone about having to take a fare to Hobby Airport.
We got to our gate just as the plane was boarding.
