When I changed the ownership of the gas with iberdrola, they made a recording with a person with a monotonous voice and an accent that was barely understood, I was sure that I didn't want to hire. When the first bill came and I saw it, I called to have it taken away. They told me that it lasted one year and that if I deleted it they would charge me the same.
It is assumed that iberdrola is a serious company that wants satisfied customers and I find it very very cumbersome to resort to such commercial strategies
