I think the business has good intentions, but in my case the cons outweighed the pros. This place was referred to me by Hospice so I was pretty excited to have some help and peace of mind. Initially, the process was hopeful but as time wore on it seemed like they were very disorganized. Also, even though they claimed they would handle everything, my brother was handling all the paperwork between the doctors office and the staff. I got a phone call from someone regarding another client. I recognized the number as LTS, LLC but they didn't have a clue whom they were talking to. I really feel like they need to get their act together and be a little more organized. It is very important to understand that if your loved one dies during the process you're out pretty much close to $5,000. We didn't even get Power of Attorney because my mom passed the day before the appointment. So all our money went out the window. After I emailed them to tell them she had passed, they wished us well and said there wasn't more to be done. A month after my mom passed my brother still received a phone call from them asking him the status of her care. So be wary when using this company.
