I can t recommend Nilmni Hecox at Porchlight highly enough. We met her while visiting a Porchlight open house in the Park Hill neighborhood and it was immediately obvious that she understood what we were looking for and the market at large. She is organized and most importantly communicates throughout the entire process. She was flexible with our ideas and didn t waste our time trying to push things on us she understood would be a poor fit. Through her we found network of inspectors, trades and lenders. She is a rare bird among realtors.
