To start we love our pool. I am not going reviewing the pool. I m reviewing the customer service.
When the pool was installed it took longer than expected. When we spoke to them it was next week and then next week again. When they finally showed up to install the man actually said we should be lucky that they even came that day. During the first closing we had an amazing guy help us out, he answered all our questions and we felt better because the install was disappointing to say the least. Fast forward to our first opening: appointment time was at 2pm we finally received a call at 8 pm that they would be out the next day. So they show up the next day to open the pool at 2:30- our time slot was for 11 am. At this point we are not surprised at all. They did not tighten the screws that hold the liner and some of the screws were just missing. As much as we like to support a local business I would not recommend them to install or maintain your pool. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
