Went to A&E over the weekend. was sent for an X-ray and the radiographer (young Asian woman) was very hostile/abrupt and asked me to lie on an X-ray couch without any couch roll despite the bed looking dirty. She then sent me to the wrong place to wait which delayed my care. I feel concerned that someone with such a disregard for patient safety is working within such a reputable hospital.
