I would give it 0 stars if it were available! Recent ER transport via ambulance in 106/degrees. I was kept on the gurney between outside door and ER entrance for 1.5 hours! No wrist band, no IV, no one checked on me, no water! EMS and other patients rolled by me as I watched staff giving each other back pats, touching and full body hugs. No, I was not COVID patient. Hugely frightening and disappointing experience.
