my friends family has lived here for 4 years they are the best and HAVE no MICE... they are so friendly and the staff goes above and beyond!

I'm going to report them to the state licensing board for medical fraud medicare fraud And outright senior abuse If you know someone there get them out quick And it wouldn't surprise me if there was something funny going at this place with Social security numbers can you believe that these people have the nerve to call me up and tell me that the old man had a bill

My friend was HIV positive and they would not take him at any of the hospitals and this place took him in and treated him like a king! he is now home with home care but he is alive and well because of the great rehab and staff here! GOD BLESS THEM ALL!

My Mom complains that her pampers are really wet & asked to be changed & no one comes. She end up having a UTI. Their food is not good so I have to bring food for my Mom. When she need something & calls no one comes. She asked for water & it took an hour before they can give her water. When a Judy called me to have my Mom to be admitted to their facility she gave all good things about it but when my Mom is already there & I want to talk to her she doesn t call you even I left messages & messages. They only want your business. This facility need to be investigated. Not only my Mom that Hassan issue there. Feel bad for those who s family are living far no one speaks for them.

This place is an absolute nightmare and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Consider the fact that one of the employees, who is obviously mentally ill in some way, is posting multiple five-star reviews to counteract genuine one-star reviews.

Smells bad and not very clean facility. Full with patients, hard to find a nurse.

Ive been in this facility 6 yrs and I ve come across a lot of great nurses and cnas. I used to be one. I love my regular cnas David, Cindy, Wanda, Erica. My favorite nurses are Maiko, Paul, Karla, Jeanie yo bin. We also have great pt/ot like Anthony, Jen are my favorites. We have a great director of nursing and assistant director of nursing. And lastly need to express my gratitude to stan Stukov who helped me get a new mattress. I had my old one for 5 yrs. it was causing me so much pain from sinking in. That I wasn t getting and good sleep. Thank you stan

I am a middle aged person who needed services like San Francisco Healthcare and Rehab (SFHCR) provides. I was injured and was in the hospital for a short term but i needed long term care which SFHCR provided like physical and occupational therapy as well as 24 hour nursing care. Initially, I had a different idea and stigma of what long term care facility look like. I was surprised that setting and environment look like any other hospital floor. I mean it was clean, bright, and full of busy staff and nurses roaming through the halls. My physical and occupational therapist were dedicated and consistent in their times working with me towards my overall physical recovery. Another thing I liked was that they have a person going around everyday of the week (M-F) talking to each patient and listening to their concerns and working together to resolve their issues. It was nice to have someone listen to my needs everyday and not feeling ignored by the upper staff management who can make things happen. I also noticed that facility was very flexible and welcoming patients, families and friends to visit them any time heck, they allowed me to order pizza couple times. Most of all, I was not more concerned about how the place looks but more importantly, it was the friendly environment and professional staff that made my stay pleasant and made my days go by fast. One particular example was when I pushed the call button to alert the nurses they were quite prompt and it seemed like a priority to the staff to respond quickly to the patients call lights, that was nice and less stressful knowing that my needs will be taken care of. I am very thankful for a place like this, especially for someone who needs a place to recover long term while getting therapy particularly for a single person living in San Francisco. Overall, I felt my stay was pleasant. But most important to me was how I felt that staff treated me with dignity and professional care which made my stay less stressful and passed the time quickly.

I HAVE MY UNCLE HERE AND I WORK HERE AS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AND IT IS A VERY WARM AND PROFESSIONAL PLACE! I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE...ITS PRIVATELY OWNED SO YOUR NEEDS ARE MET IMMEDIATELY AND MY UNCLE IS DOING SO GREAT IN THERAPY HE WILL BE D/C HOME SOON!

Excellent customer service. The staff members here did an excellent job, these guys did their job with great passion, love and care. Bridget and Paul deserves recognition for their service. Only complaint I have is the elevator, its very slow and non-responsive. Renovation is highly recommended. Thank you for your service.

This place is horrible. Patients screaming for help, nurses telling them to shut up! Monitors going off for long period of times and no attention is given. Im appalled and disgusted by the lack of care. Ive only been here for an hour and it s been the worse

Great facility my grandfather was here and my father is in a subacute unit getting ready to be discharged here. Caring and loving staff that I ve been here a long time and the best rehabilitation center in San Francisco. CMS rated them 5 stars!

This place sucks ,it smells ,seen cacaroches when you need assistance they take for ever.they keep asking you for your insurance, they should know that already. They ask one man what was his bank account. No.there shady.

My experience at San Francisco Healthcare and Rehab has been very pleasant. I have been here twice for rehabilitation services. The physical therapy department has been excellent in my rehab. It is very friendly environment to get better and recover quickly. One of the highlights that I am impressed with is the cleanliness. All the staff has been very competent, friendly and warm. They serve at a very professional level. I would recommendation this place to any person in need of nursing care and rehabilitation services.

SFHC is a leading health care facility with countless miraculous recovery to prove.

Great facility with attentive and caring staff who always ensure that you are properly taken care. Had a family member stay here recently and was amazed at the level of care provided by all the members of the staff that we encountered. Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants the best care possible for themselves or friends/family!
