Ordered an iPhone that I urgently needed for work, to be notified that dispatch normally takes 10 working days (2 weeks!). Nowhere on the website is it indicated that it might take so long, and with the payment being taken on ordering, no reasonable reason offered why it would take so long.
Needless to say, 2 weeks passed and no phone arrived; their customer service number is never answered and my emails were fobbed off with flimsy and conflicting excuses (i.e. lies). Another week has passed with no sign off my phone, so I've given up and cancelled my order, requesting a refund. Appallingly, I've just been informed that this may take up to 14 working days (3 weeks!), and they've stopped responding to my emails.
They really are the biggest shower; there's really no reason for anyone to consider dealing with them given the high volume of poor feedback and, as I discovered, far better prices and service available from other more reputable companies.
