Tom Lombardo is the best car sales person I have ever negotiated and worked with. I have bought many cars in my lifetime (I can officially say I am old) and I needed a new SUV and was dreading the entire purchase process, that was until I went to Germain Toyota and met Tom Lombardo. Tom as very professional but not pushy...more accommodating than any sales person I've met. He directed me to the right vehicle for me after asking me a few questions and actually listening. I went to view a Highlander and after talking to Tom we decided on the RAV4 and have not regretted it. I was shocked that Tom did not try to sell me me the Highlander based on the fact that it was more expensive. Instead he helped me realize it was not the best option for me. In short, the experience was great and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle through Tom Lombardo.
