It's a three, or at best four, star hotel masquerading as a five star. The room came with random "fees", the WiFi was atrocious, the movies for rent on the TV cost $40, towels felt like sandpaper, and the water pressure was mom existent.
I could tolerate all of the above if this room cost $100/night or less, but it costs almost $500/night, so nothing above is remotely acceptable.
Management here clearly cuts corners at every given opportunity and is interested only in taking your money, and not providing you with a world-class hotel experience.
Do yourself a favor and go to the Cosmopolitan. It's the only Marriott property on the strip so it's pricey, but it's comparable to the price of Nobu/Caesar's, and is far nicer.
