The sales person listened, showed us the trim level we were looking for and didn't try to up-sell us. We went to lunch and when we came back our new car was ready.

The only reason I didn't rate this a 5 was because when we went to talk to the person taking care of financing a few things came up that we didn't expect, mainly that we couldn't get the cash incentives unless we financed with them.

More transparency up front would have scored a 5.
