Been with them since May 2013. Terrible experience so far. E-payments from my bank wen fine for May and June. July payment was returned to my bank. Then Ocwen sent a bill with a late charge. August payment was processed fine. WTH?
Can't get through their website to fix this. Can't understand call center. They called every day for 3 weeks and only left a return phone number, no message. Even threatened FORECLOSURE for 'missing' this one payment on our 2nd mortgage. Avoid at all costs.
