Got a flyer in the mail that said I was pre qualified for a loan. They called me 20 times today to see if I was going to make my appointment. I was kinda hesitant on coming because of how far we live. They made it sound so good over the phone. Me and my wife wasted our time and gas coming out here just to get turned around so fast. The sad part about it is that we actually need another car. My head gasket blew on me a few weeks ago. I gave them the flyer I received in the mail yesterday and they didn't even know what it was. On top of that the guys name on the flyer doesn't even work there anymore. Very bad experience. Will never come here again and wouldn't recommend anyone who really needs help on getting a car to come here. They give false advertisement and don't try to help you at all. Please take my word for it.
