I have worked with 5 star on my business and personal home. Nelson, my claims adjuster, was Absoutely wonderful. He took his time and helped me understand the whole process. I would highly recommend using them. They were able to get all the monies to repair my property that I could not get directly with the insurance company by myself. 5 star has all the resources from GCs, engineers and lawyers to make sure all the damage is repaired. I will never try to do my own claims again.
