Locations in the Sacramento, Folsom CA area not good at handling illegal entries by maintenance crew who steal so make sure that if you live in one of the apartments you have good security. I had a problem with maintenance (Tito) coming into my apartment daily, and after moving I found several things were missing. FPI management laughed it off until I contacted the owner of the complex at Lake pointe apartments.
