I was working with this organisation, worst appraisal every year even though if you deserve. Upper Management is very smart in playing politics they give you lollipop like sending onsite giving incentives or increment but once after appraisal done they literally show their colors. Partiality is very common in this organization. I would suggest whenever they will promise you something kindly ask them in written.
THEY WANT RESOURCE TO JOIN WITHIN 15 DAYS BUT THEY WILL NOT LET YOU LEAVE THE ORGANISATION WITHOUT SERVING THEM 90 DAYS NOTICE PERIOD.
