I am currently working and really liked this place. A good environment for work and neighbourhood is really enjoyable. Besides that, infogain is best for improving your skills and knowledge and you get appreciated for your good job. The lunch quality is really best of all and rental is cheaper though. Easily reachable and near to the metro station(just take the shared auto for Rs10) and you will reach there in like 10 minutes

Good company...but don't know how they hire fresher's

I was working with this organisation, worst appraisal every year even though if you deserve. Upper Management is very smart in playing politics they give you lollipop like sending onsite giving incentives or increment but once after appraisal done they literally show their colors. Partiality is very common in this organization. I would suggest whenever they will promise you something kindly ask them in written. THEY WANT RESOURCE TO JOIN WITHIN 15 DAYS BUT THEY WILL NOT LET YOU LEAVE THE ORGANISATION WITHOUT SERVING THEM 90 DAYS NOTICE PERIOD.

One of the good MNC IT company in Noida. Infogain is a US Corporation with its headquarters located in Los Gatos, with a subsidiary in India, it's having Development Center (GDC) in Noida, Pune, Mumbai and Bangalore.

Worst company policies. They hired people who show fake experience and reject genuine people. Company is on the verge of destruction. Never join.

They develop world level Software and provide excellent services.

Hire and fire policy, unprofessional management. They just think about their profit. They hire you for something and assign you projects related to something else. One star for the organisation and the other for the food offered here, except that nothing is great here.

A niche IT services and solution firm in noida. This is a well established firm since more than 2 decades .

It besides tech Mahindra and I never visited inside but overall from external point of view it's cool

Its second day today here and it all seems to be good.

They collected only resume. No value of employees. I have cleared two technical rounds. I received mail from the HR you clear all technical rounds and your Final round with HR. I came to the company. She asked me my backgound , salary and everything. After that, she told me us give one day time. We will let you know. Everything is going good but She called me thank you for coming and try next time. I request to everyone please be aware of this type behavior.

Average company. Hire and fire culture has started in this company too. Do not join International vertical. This vertical has a bad management. Food is superb here.

Good company for those who wants to work on challenging environment and on new technology. Infogain having very demanding client, they expect bug free release, no error while check in code, should be attentive on con calls, good documentation skills and speaking english.

i received an email from infogain noida regarding to the job opening in engineering dept.just to confirm about it i sent an email to the hr and asked him about the opening ,.But seriously hr's behaviour is very rude and bad. I asked him about the opening, he said, for this profile we need 3-4 yrs exprnc, i told him that I m having one month less exp and is there any other opening ..his behaviour was very rude nd he disconnected the call. I am working with the company which is very big brand name as compare to infogain and i think hr's mentality is like that if some one called him that he is much needy for the job so thats why he behaved like that. I think infogain should teach their Hr that how to talk and behave properly. Worst exp I never recommend anyone to interact with the hr of that compamy

Worst Organisation. HR and Managers force the employees to write good reviews on Glassdoor. You are considered as a animal rather than a human being. NO work life balance , you have to work for 12 hrs or more daily. Very hectic schedule. Managers think they are only running the company. They will kick you anytime they want.

Good IT company with a wide customer base. Working as a service based company with domains in retail, insurance, hi-tech etc.

If you going for interview it's mean you wasting your time. Because staff are not responsible for informing you u selected or not.

It's a very good company, friendly environment. Very good leaning. Everything is good.

This is a software company in Sector 60. It has globally around 3000 employees.

IG is near to 5,000 employee company. Its in software solution and support system.

This is my first MNC to work with and I just love it. Not just because it's my first, but the people and the working environment here is just awesome. May be this is because I am working with company's best team in the project. The level of the knowledge my seniors have is outstanding and the best thing is, they guide like an elder. I came here as 2 years experienced but was a fresher reason being I was in a very small IT company and never used the technologies. My seniors guided me at all the level and now i feel like to be an important asset to my team. I will sure ask my other friends to come here and join Infogain with me. :)
