Very disappointed with their after-sales service. They charged $95 just to check if your oven is repairable. We were told one of the heating elements maybe damaged but all three elements need to be changed otherwise the heating may not be even, and this will cost about $600! Of course we decided not to repair and buy a new one from Electrolux directly so that we can offset the $95. We called their product hotline to place order but were told they only deliver the oven and don't do installation. They expect you to install it yourself or get a contractor to do it! Further the person on the line is unhelpful and not knowledgeable with their own products, and even asked us to buy from other shops. We eventually got one from Mega at a cheaper price with one-stop service. We were contemplating not use Electrolux oven again after such a bad after-sales experience if it was not due to the limitation of our cabinet measurement. The new oven manual timer is now giving problem, sometimes it doesn't ring especially when it is set to only 5-10 mins.
