We re so thankful that the lack of communication happened now. If we had purchased a pool from Gibraltar Pools, it may have been a disaster trying to get a hold of someone later on down the road. Our appointment was for 6:00pm (kinda late to be honest) and no one called to say that they were going to be late or not show up for that matter. We had to call to see what was going on because dinner still needs to be served. If they want to survive as a reputable business, they need a serious adjustment in customer service and punctuality.
