We met with Vince who explained how Trinity works. Since my Mom already had her preferences, it was very simple to choose the type and level of proceedings she wanted in her pre-arrangement. We were under no pressure to upgrade or include other options. The cost of pre-arrangement was very reasonable. If you don't know where to start, give Trinity a call.
