I am so impressed with the knowledge of the instructors I work with. I feel that Anchorage Yoga provides what I believe yoga is- a chance to connect to my mind, body and spirit in a collective experience. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the studio is clean, and the instructors are thoughtful and challenging at the same time. I would definitely recommend Anchorarge Yoga to others!!
