I was very happy with the service I ultimately received at DCH Paramus Honda. I started out with a salesman, though highly recommended, who did not provide the service I was looking for. My husband and I walked out very agitated and angry about the hours we had wasted and the deal that fell through. However, we decided to return to speak to a manager the following day to detail our experience and see if there was a way to resurrect the deal. I spoke to the General Sales Manager, Wael Yunes, who was amazing! He listened patiently and within a few minutes had the sale back on track and had managed to change very bad feelings into smiles and laughter all around. He then turned us over to a different salesman, Danny Mueses, who was wonderful! It was late in the day and it was near time for him to leave but he stayed around for almost 2 hours that evening explaining the new features and setting things up for us. We asked a lot of questions and he remained patient, polite, funny and extremely helpful. I could never have predicted that it would have turned out so well.
