I was extremely disappointed with the poor custome...

I was extremely disappointed with the poor customer service I received back in April 2019. I had a small emergency and called to request the courtesy shuttle so I could retrieve my vehicle. (It was not scheduled to be ready until the late afternoon, so I going to get it and reschedule.) I HAD TO CALL EIGHT TIMES for that to happen!! I understand the "customer service" representative on duty was M. Gill. She kept dropping me into voicemails then refused to answer the phone.

I emailed A. Gutierrez and J. Dixon about my experience, but never received a response. Customer service has really deteriorated.
