Absolutely diabolical customer service, I ordered a case that arrived damaged and against the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I had to purchase a new case leaving me out of pocket, I then had to return the case at my own expense, they have now had the case back for over 48 hours and I have yet to see the refund.
Do yourselves a huge favor and steer well clear, because if you have any issues you are right out of luck and they will just say "that's in our terms and conditions"
it's a shame you cant give zero stars, if you could, I think their rating would be below one star
Update: Kat, you always ask for details so it looks like ebuyer want to help, but behind the scenes when you have the details, it is your standard response to say sorry but that's in our terms and conditions
