I took my mom to two of her appointments here. I honestly dread going to her doctors appointments because many of her doctors and staff are not the friendliest. This was my first time coming with her to advocate and I cannot express enough how wonderful the staff was. They blew me away with their kindness and patience. Everyone from the security, nurses, techs and receptionist were amazing. Since the hospital is very big we had to ask for directions a couple of times. Nurses did not hesitate to walk us to our destination and make sure that we were comfortable. I am completely impressed with this hospital and their staff.
