I don't care for the treatment I received here. They have one size fits all diagnosis and treatment plans. They have adopted policies regarding treatment and medication prescribing that they use for anyone and everyone else with the same problems. I know what I need but because some people have abused prescription drugs I can't get it because of their"policy". I think it's absolutely ridiculous not everyone is the same MHP my needs are different from the next man. And unfortunately this is the only place that takes Medicaid. Terrible place terrible experience.

The front desk people are amazing! The intake session I got was just silly. I went in for help and Orna made me feel that my feelings were just wrong. I felt WAY worse leaving there than when I went in.

I tried registering for an appointment and was given contradictory information multiple times of how to register and receive services untill finally over the phone due to my insurance provider I was turned away and told they were at capacity. I was unable to get any easy access to any of their mental health services and was unable to get any help even though I was in crisis. Go else where if you need real help. This place will only waste your time and make you feel like you have no help.

I spent 4 years trying to make progress... none was made. My therapists abandoned me on 4 different occasions, giving me serious abandonment issues. They are not there to help patients, but control them.

The DUI practitioners look like they have had a few DUIs themselves.

I digress...

These 'professionals' are odd children who don't fit in anywhere else in the workforce but want to 'work' in lazy Boulder. They are offensive when sessions come to a close and say hurtful things to 'clients' to get their last jealous digs in. They aren't worth anything.

They used to be on their A game. This time they change appointments, don't tell you, tell you you missed one and reschedule you two months down the road. If you need severe mental health support go t on the hospital(UC) and try BCH for MH care by walking in as a patient to a clinic.
