I have had only one call for service in the last five years--the garage alarm went off on windy days. A technician from Vivant came out and easily diagnosed the problem and moved the sensor and there have been no issues since. I also asked, when Vivant called to renew our contract, if they could send new signs since the originals had faded and no longer lit up. They sent new signs immediately. Your service has been great!
