We have lived here for a year, and just renewed our lease. Thankfully in the past year, we have not had any problems with the house. I worked with Karlee on my renewal and she is a pleasure to work with! She was very informative/helpful in answering all my questions. The lady who answers the phone, is very polite and well mannered.

There does seem to be an issue with kids playing ball in the street, which many people have complained about. It was addressed, and is now less of a nuisance. Kids want to play, hopefully they will build a park or something for the kids.
Really like the lawn maintenance service they provide, saves money on not having to buy lawn equipment.
Keep up the great customer service!
