This has to be the most unprofessional place I have ever seen as a doctors office. Just waiting to get an appointment took 3 months. Trying to get someone on the phone was unbelievable. No interaction, just a big packet in the mail. I call to find out when my appointment was scheduled for and after being on hold for 30 minutes, I was told "oh your appointment was yesterday" I said excuse me. Then I was told "and since you missed your appointment, that doctor is not seeing new patients, so you have to go back to your PCM and get a new referral". this is not a place I would want to go so it will work out in my favor. But I wonder if the doctors know how many patients are turned off just by their staff.
