I 100% support the only beacon of truth that remains in barren desert of right wing , business controlled media in Australia....the A.B.C.
Here in Australia we have a media environment that in no way reflects the opinions of the Australian people.
Over a twenty five year period an average , 50% of the electorate supports the Labor party.
Yet there is not a significant media operation in T.V. or Radio or Print that expresses opinion that remotely coincides with that 50% of the Australian population .
If the A.B.C. dares to take a "middle of the road" line ; I.e. expressing all community views it is roundly attacked for expressing centrist views, which are at variance to the standard , all encompassing right wing line expressed by the rest of the media.
The A.B.C. is an oasis of culture and fairness.
