The service representative that assisted me, Paige, was outstanding and if I go back to Nissan it will be because of her. However, I brought my truck in because the heat was not working. I was told it was because I needed a radiator flush and fill. I let Paige know that I brought the truck in last year due to the heat and I had a pump and a valve replaced. She took that information to the service manager and then I was told that it was the blend door actuator. I am just so skeptical now, on if the repair technicians know what they are doing or if they want me to continue to come back and be gauged for money.
