I came in with my little elderly chihuahua with many issues knowing already that she would most likely need to be put down. I had taken her to a different hospital 2 weeks prior and the experience was awful. Spent almost 8 hours in the parking lot with little updates. When I came here it was easy and I felt like I was being listened to. Whithin 30 minutes I was already talking to a vet. She told me all my options and unfortunately putting my best friend down was the best option. All the staff was very friendly and kind to me. The vet walked me through the process of putting her down and gave me plenty of time to spend with her before and after her death. Although I wish I could have my baby I am very happy that I could say goodbye in an amazing veterinary hospital that made me feel comfortable and most importantly my baby comfortable as she passed
