I came into microcenter looking for screws for a Nikon D3S camera boday. My battery pack was missing some screws and it was causing the camera to loose power. I had a wedding the next day so I wanted to find a solution FAST. I thought this place might have smallish screws that would work for the camera body/battery pack. I searched aisle for packs of screws and found nothing. Went to the repair and service guys told them what I was trying to do. They didn't have any screws for sale that would fit my camera. What they did instead was pull out the "random" screw drawer of one of the employees. We searched through this drawer of thousand of random screws and found 3 that did the trick. I walked out with a working camera and no charge. The service here is amazing. These guys really care and will try thier best to help you. Amazing experience!
