The rooms were clean and great, and the staff was very kind. There was a lack of organization regarding room booking. They couldn't find my booking for almost an hour because they had put it under my middle name and suggested booking us another room for twice the price of our original booking. Checking out was also not great. We checked out and after about an hour of leaving I checked my bank statements to see a charge from them that was almost an additional $100. It's for an additional night that we didn't pay to stay for. The staff was very nice and understanding, but there was little organization. Very frustrating.
