First impression was great, door greeter and lady at reception were great then it went south. We were asked if we had an appointment, we replied that we did not but wanted to see a sales rep (our choice was made from shopping online but still have to go through one), we wandered in the showroon for half an hour and even tough it seemed that there was only a customer or 2 and about a dozen sales rep, no one ever came to serve us (we were dressed casually), we left and bough an x3 from Elite the same day.
