ONE OF THE WORST TELEPHONE OPERATORS IN YOUR COMPANY. PLEASE ASK THEM TO SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER ON RESPECT OR AT-LEAST WITH SOME HUMANITY. I HAVE CALLED THEM ON 22-03-2020 @ 01:20 PM TO JUST TO GET AN EMAIL ID OF MAINTENANCE TEAM NOT TO ASK FOR ANY OTHER INFORMATION. BUT YOUR TEAM HAS PICKED UP THE LINE AND INFORMED ME ITS HER LUNCH BREAK. I LIKED TO KNOW HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO PROVIDE JUST AN EMAIL OF MAINTAIN TEAM? SHES ACTING WEIRD AS IF M ASKING TO SHARE HER LUNCH WITH ME. REALLY YOU GUYS NEEDS TO BUCKLE UP AND TRAIN YOUR TEAM TO SPEAK TO YOUR CUSTOMER RESPECTFULLY. WHICH IS REALLY LACKING IN YOUR TEAM OR MANAGEMENT.
