Harbor Group recently took over the complex I am in with my son, they are HORRIBLE. Horrible, unorganized and lazy. L.A.Z.Y We had a rock thrown through my sons bedroom window 7/21 - still not fixed. Bottom floor apartment, my son is 5. The glass hasn't even been cleaned up. Grass very rarely is cut- the dumpsters overflow and they will not pay for security - which we HAD before they took over. Main office doesn't know anything about anything anymore when they used to be extremely helpful. Obviously maintenance and whatever procedure this group has them following SUCKS.
