2.5 stars only because prior experience was completely different than my Mom's last stay. PT is great, always. However, at my Mom's last discharge, she was given the wrong syringes for her diabetic needs and inadvertently got 4X the dose she should have. She went into shock (we were traveling) but luckily a professional was near and knew what to do to reverse the problem. I feel VLP was negligent. My Mom passed just weeks after that and I will always wonder if that instance had contributed in any way to her death.
The other problems I had with VLP, although at the time were extremely unprofessional and unethical, are really insignificant in comparison to the negligence and don't need to be detailed.
