TLC is a hit or miss company. I've had amazing electrician and plumbers come to my house, and I've had people who come to my house who don't listen to me, overcharge me and flat out say "it's only $10," and mansplain to me using the phrase "it's physics."

Why do I stay with them? Well, a plumbing guy convinced me to. He has been responsive and helpful when I have problems. He had listened to my concerns, and I'm able to request that he is the one that comes to my house for services not anyone else.

TLC does quality work in general and they stand behind their work, in bids I've gotten, they aren't the most expensive. They have lots of employees. If you get a good one, keep their card, and request them for future services.
