I'm a driver. The CEO is a Iranian American that does not give a c*** about the work horses. Customer service is horrible. They lack basic skills of understanding. Mostly from Argentina. They constantly just send your problems to "specialized teams" that just seem automated. Reason is that there are so many problems and complaints from both workers and customers. They will send you to a restaurant that's been closed for 1.5 hrs before you even get the order. Then cancel the order when you get there then wrote you up for it like it was your fault. Someone needs to make a Facebook for all the drives to start a Union. That will wake them up if we all go on strike for a bit. This is only second income for most of us anyhow.
