Bottom feeders that scoop up "mediocre" property. Wouldn't be surprised if they took the old properties and rebuilt them to appeal to foreign rich kids; kicking out the original tenants in the process. Another for profit landlord with no empathy. Also their response to the public health crisis is petty. "We're lockdown, but you can pay online" yeah that would be fine, if the public wasn't locked down and we still had jobs.
