I have stayed there twice and absolutely loved it on both occasions. Admittedly the second time we were there we were able to upgrade to a suite (through the loyalty programme), naturally that enhanced our stay considerably. We had a stunning view of the castle and access to the special lounge for silver and gold card holders. Delicious snacks and refreshments put us in just the right mood to explore this gorgeous city (this was before we moved here). Couldn't recommend it highly enough. The staff were also fantastic.
