I will never buy another vehicle from this place. The buying experience was decent, but when I traded in that vehicle and went to try to cancel the extended warranty and gap insurance that I had purchased, it has been sheer hell. It took almost 2 weeks to get someone to answer my emails and calls and that was only after I had my finance manager at the dealership I now work at call. Then when I try to make sure they have the right address, they still refuse to answer my calls and emails. I was even hung up on by a so called salesman. I do not advise anyone to ever use this dealership. If we treated our customers half as bad as I have been treated, here where I now work we wouldn't have jobs. I honestly have no idea how they are still in business.
