Don't go here if expect to get good quality and honest, friendly service. My husband took his Ram there just to get some information on a case that was already open with Ram. He couldn't get a straight answer from anyone at the dealership. He was greeted by a grumpy service manager who said he was too busy for a quick issue. My husband then proceeded over to the parts counter where he also got attitude from the parts guy. All this guy had to do was look up the VIN# on the computer which would have pulled up his case#. Instead the parts guy was extremely rude & didnt want to help. This frustrated my husband to the point that he just ended up leaving. Way to treat your customers Ray Chevy of Fox Lake! Obviously everyone there is too busy to help or just doesn't care to help (unless they can of course earn commission off you). Time to find another Ram dealer who will treat its customers with respect. This dealer is only 5 mins away from our house but we will be taking our business elsewhere thanks to their rude staff.
