Absolutely horrible customer service. It's not that they are not nice and helpful... It is the fact you will literally have to wait hours at a time to get a hold of anyone. I went into campus to meet an adviser and waited three hours, and then their system stopped working, and I had to leave empty handed. I came the next day, and waited three hours, and then met with someone and was told that nothing I needed could be fixed. The adviser seemed flustered, and unapologetic towards how unhelpful she was. I just called, and was put on hold for an hour and a half and then they hung up on me. Good luck....
